Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
The Platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and must ensure that their use of zoya14 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. zoya14 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Each User is permitted to register only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If zoya14 detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited. The Operator reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify zoya14 support immediately.
zoya14 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
The Operator monitors all Account activity for signs of fraud, abuse, or policy violations. zoya14 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification (commonly known as "Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures).
zoya14 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and issuing institution.
Users may set personal deposit limits as part of zoya14's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is in place, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. For more information on deposit limits, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by zoya14 support. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional identity verification.
Before your first withdrawal, zoya14 requires completion of a KYC verification process. You must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
zoya14 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a nominal processing fee. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000. Larger withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments at the Operator's discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: zoya14 complies with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum rollover requirement may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10%. The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals that exceed normal thresholds.
All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after placement except in cases where an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned according to the official rules of the relevant sports league or governing body. In the event of a postponement, bets will remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. If the event is not rescheduled within this timeframe, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant league, federation, or governing body. zoya14 reserves the right to void bets if it is later determined that the result was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other forms of manipulation. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are final.
Live betting odds are updated in real time based on the current state of the event. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between the time you place a bet and the time it is accepted. If a significant event occurs during this delay (e.g., a goal is scored), your bet may be rejected. All live bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator.
All casino games offered on zoya14 are provided by licensed third-party game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other traditional betting products such as sabung ayam (cockfighting), results are determined by official third-party draw systems or live event broadcasts. All results are final once officially declared. zoya14 is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party result feeds.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. Common bonus terms include wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, game restrictions, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require completion of a wagering requirement before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means that you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
zoya14 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings if it determines that a User has abused promotional offers. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting software vulnerabilities. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.

zoya14 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.
The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and over. zoya14 employs age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Underage gambling is a serious offense, and any User found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Users who feel they need a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting support.
Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours. You may also set loss limits, which prevent further betting once a specified loss threshold is reached within a given period.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
zoya14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or regulatory compliance requirements. In the event of Operator-initiated closure, zoya14 will return any withdrawable balance to the User, subject to deductions for any outstanding liabilities or chargebacks.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zoya14 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied.
All content on the zoya14 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of zoya14 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. zoya14 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zoya14 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if zoya14 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall zoya14's total aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zoya14 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zoya14 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute with zoya14, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. zoya14 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to zoya14's senior management team.
For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon mediation service.
zoya14 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
